These Website Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Vireon Life Sciences Ltd website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. These Website Terms are not client engagement terms and do not themselves create a professional services relationship.

Vireon provides technical assessment, quality-system, readiness and advisory services. Vireon does not issue regulatory approvals or GACP/GMP certification and does not replace competent authorities, certification bodies, Qualified Persons, authorised manufacturers/importers or other appropriately authorised organisations and professionals. Readiness support does not constitute regulatory approval, buyer acceptance, QP certification or batch release.
4. No guarantee of outcome
Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of certification, regulatory approval, market access, buyer acceptance, successful batch release, commercial outcome or eligibility for a particular supply chain. Project outcomes depend on facts, evidence, jurisdiction, scope, responsible parties and applicable requirements.
5. No engagement created by website use
Visiting the website, downloading public information, sending an enquiry or receiving an initial response does not create a client relationship, advisory engagement, confidentiality obligation beyond applicable law, partnership, agency or other professional relationship.
